Service Description

For all HUD/VA guaranteed property transactions, a WDI Report (Wood Destroying Insect Report) is mandatory in most states. At Lane’s Termite/Pest Inc., our certified and experienced inspector will accurately inspect and provide the NPMA-33 form required for real estate transactions and refinancing.
