Service Description

Objective: Provide comprehensive pest protection prior to move-in by eliminating existing pest activity, reducing harborage areas, and preventing future pest entry. Service Includes Interior Treatment: Inspect and treat accessible areas for cockroaches, ants, spiders, crickets, and other common household pests using targeted applications and baiting where appropriate. Cockroach Control: Targeted treatment of kitchens, bathrooms, cracks, crevices, plumbing penetrations, and other areas showing signs of activity. Rodent Prevention & Exclusion: Inspect the interior and exterior for potential rodent entry points, including foundation gaps, doors, vents, utility penetrations, and other openings. Minor accessible gaps may be sealed with appropriate exclusion materials. Exterior Barrier: Apply a protective treatment around the accessible foundation, doors, windows, garage, utility penetrations, and other pest entry areas. Ant Control: Identify and treat pavement ant trails, nests, and common entry points. Spider & Cricket Control: Treat exterior harborage and entry areas and remove accessible webs where practical. Pest Prevention Inspection: Identify moisture, clutter, vegetation, structural gaps, and other conditions that may contribute to pest activity. Follow-Up A recurring pest-control program is recommended to maintain the exterior barrier, monitor activity, and provide ongoing prevention. Goal: Establish a clean, protected environment by addressing current pest activity and reducing opportunities for cockroaches, rodents, ants, spiders, crickets, and other common pests to enter the property. All treatments will be performed in accordance with applicable product labels, regulations, and manufacturer requirements.
